I have never heard of the term triple extension until watching this video ( probably because I haven’t incorporated Olympic lifts in my routine until recently finding interest in Cross-Fit). I am C.S.C.S. certified through the N.S.C.A., but “book knowledge” doesn’t equate to experienced and successful Olympic lifts. Listening to Barbell Shrugged as well as reading various topics discussed by members of Faction Strength and Conditioning has provided great insight into the world of weightlifting.

Couldn’t have posted this WOD technique drill at a better time for me. I am currently doing several things incorrectly. Going to work daily on the shrugs and get my form right!
