This website is an online resource with many of the tools we use to train our actual athletes at the first, and now largest, CrossFit gym in Memphis, TN called Faction Strength and Conditioning - The Home of CrossFit Memphis.
The Barbell Shrugged Podcast and TechniqueWOD post on a weekly basis; the Daily BS posts... daily.
We also have a shop where we post products and seminar videos that we use with our clients to speed up their results.
